Fields inside documents might be set as mandatory and visible. This configuration is available at the role level. Users inside the same company but with distinct functions might have distinct fields to set, these fields can be at the Project, Job or Expense Item level.

In the Job
- Entry Date
- Estimate Date
- Agreed Date
- Client Contact
In the Project
Inside the Expense Item
- Go to the Document Member tab.
- Set the role.
- Set the Documents you want to define as visible and mandatory.
- Enter with a user that has this role.
- Verify in the document that what has defined is visible or not.
