In order to only allow users to create documents with fees that are previously approve by supervisors, Fee Proposals support the workflow system. The Fee proposal will only be available for users to select on document creation when the Fee Proposal is in the stage Approved, other stages will not allow the user to select the Fee Proposal.
- Go to the Maintenance tab, then Document.
- Select Contract.
- Create the Stages and the Workflow
- Go the users Form and set the role "ContractSave" in order to have access to the Fee Proposals
- Enter with a user that has access to Fee Proposal.
- Create a new Fee.
- Fill all the fields.
- Move stages on the Workflow.
