To set up automatic teams per department go to the module System
- Select one of the Companies.
- Go to the tab Divisions down on the page.
- Click on the Division name.
- Select one of the Departments. Typically the ones marked as Plannable, are the ones that will be used to create Jobs.
- Click on the tab Teams.
- Click on the "+" icon on the "No data to display" area.
- Select the Team (if Requester, Traffic, Responsible and so on) and the User Name.
Per each department, you can configure which users should be automatically on the team, as Requesters, Responsible, Traffic, Executors, and Finance, once creating a new job and selecting that department. Usually, this setting is more common to be used for the traffic, responsible and finance team.
