This article describes how the user is maintained in Skills Workflow, when there is an interface that involves monitoring employee time and attendance.
In order for the interface to be successful, there are a few detailed requirements that needs to be done.
- First you need to go the Company and check the option "Attendance" under the 'Timesheets' list.

- After setting this option, new fields will appear on the user's profile which need to be completed:
- Entry Time - Official Workday starting time
- Exit Time - Official Workday ending time
- Offset - Total of yearly hours given to the users to adjust the entered time
- Entry Time Tolerance - Entry Time Tolerance to which users are entitled to
- Exit Time Tolerance - Exit Time Tolerance to which users are entitled to

In order to add the Attendance ID to the user's profile, you need to click on the option that says "Details".
A pop-up will open and you'll be able to complete the User Attendance ID.

Once all fields are complete, information must be saved by clicking on the option .
