The feature attendance has a field called overtime, where the users that worked more hours than the supposed can inform their responsible. This field is available on details of hours inserted on the cell and is only informative is not going to do any changes on the total users hours or his Timesheet.
When sending the hours to approve, the approver will see the information regarding the details of the hours sent.

- Enable the setting "Attendance"
- Go to the timesheets module
- Insert hours in a cell.
- Right-click on the cell and open the "Details" option.
- Set the overtime on the popup.
