When creating a new Fee and defining the RateCards lines, a new button called "Add Users" and "Add Typologies" are available. This new buttons inside the Fee's RateCard is where the user will define if the user wants to add users from the company configured or add Typologies available on the company.

Configuration
- Set on the user the role "ContractSave".
Proposed Tests 1
- Enter with a user that has access to Fee Proposal.
- Create a new Fee.
- Fill all the fields.
- Go to the tab Rate Card.
- Click on the button"Add Typologies".
- Select some Typologies to add and click "Accept".
- Verify that the typologies were added to the Fee's Rate Card.
Proposed Tests 2
- Enter with a user that has access to Fee Proposal.
- Create a new Fee.
- Fill all the fields.
- Go to the tab Rate Card.
- Click on the button"Add Users".
- Select some Users to add and click "Accept".
- Verify that the Users were added to the Fee's Rate Card.
