Improvements in the Timesheets navigation between weeks (#15017) New

Several improvements in the Timesheets navigation execution regarding loading time. When the User tries to navigate to the Timesheets module and tries to navigate between weeks the system loading time of information regarding the information on the week has been decreased, improving the system performance.

Configurations

• Set on a user form the role "TimesheetSave".

Proposed Tests 

1. Enter with a user that has access to timesheets
2. browse to timesheet module
3. Verify that current day is selected
4. Select sunday from previous week
5. The timesheet grid should reflect this change
6. Select some other date
7. The timesheet grid should reflect this change
