- To activate a Job, you first need to complete all mandatory (yellow) fields.
- Note that to activate a Job, the Project should be previously create.
- Next, you need to go to the grey box that says "What do you want to do" and click on the option "Create". If there is no Project for this Job, the Job will remain in the Draft stage.
- Once the Project is created and the Job is activated, the Responsible should have access to the Job and should be able to assign users.
