Leaves can be distributed differently to each user specifically.
- To associate leaves to a new user:
- Scroll down on the user information page until you find a sub menu
- Click on the "VACATION" sub-tab
- Click on the "+" symbol
- Click on the "User Vacation Type" dropdown and select the type of leave you wish to associate to the new user
- Check the year the leave type is linked to, as well as the days allowed for that user specifically
- Once the leave types are added to the list, click on the disc symbol to save the changes made
