- Users may be required to mandatorily fill in their timesheets.
- The Missing Timesheets Report provides information about the days in which each user has failed to enter the minimum working hours.
- If a user needs to enter a minimum of 8 daily hours on his timesheet and fails to do so, that day will be considered incomplete and show up on this report - leave days will not be taken into account.
- Through this report it is also possible to verify which users may have been blocked:
Configuration
- Verify that the following options are set in the user's profile section, under the maintenance tab:
- Timesheet Required
- Minimum Daily Hours Required
Missing Timesheets Report
- From the image above, you can see that on the 1st of January, Rachel is missing 8 hours on her timesheet. From the 1st of January through to the 20th, Rachel has a total of 112 missing hours which need to be rectified.
- Depending on the user that is logged in and the accesses given, the amount of data that the report brings will differ. The data shown is constrained by the following filters:
- User's own timesheets
- Missing timesheets of those people the user is responsible for
- OR all Missing Timesheets if user has "AllData" role
