- Through the User Leaves Report it is possible to get an overview of employees' leave entitlements and easily keep track of their booked absences.
- The report consists of two sheets:
- User leaves - Shows the summary of each user's entitlement, balances and related details.
- Booked leave days - Shows a list of all leave requests done by each user, including details about when they were created and their current status.

- The report shows the data per employee, per leave type and per year/month and can be easily managed by both the HR team and the employee's Responsible.
- Depending on the user that is logged in and the accesses given, the amount of data that the report brings will differ. The data shown is constrained by the following filters:
- User's own leaves
- Leaves of those people the user is responsible for
- OR all leaves if user has the "AllData" role
