When the users' get blocked because of the missing hours and have AD integration they must unblock themselves in the AD. To do this process the button "Are you blocked" is the one that is used to "ask" for unblocking so that the user can insert their timesheet and unblock all his computer functions. However in some cases, the request of unblocking was being processed twice and then the user would not be unblocked, so to help in these cases the button "are you blocked" will only do one request to the AD system and then the user will get unblocked.
