It is possible to create, an invoicing plan that will integrate with your external financial system. After you receive your client approval, you can create your invoicing plan.
On the billing conditions tab, you can identify the following information:
- Invoicing client.
- Financial payment conditions.
- Invoice date.
- Reference (you can fill in the PO number you have received from your client)
On the estimate items you set up different invoicing conditions (different clients, dates, PO's)
- Press on + to add lines.
- Set up Billing client, payment conditions, date, reference.
- You can set up the invoicing values by percentage, or value.
After you set up your invoicing conditions, you will have to change the workflow stage, on "What do you want to do?" option and instruct the system to invoice.
