The Client Rate Card details were not being inherited when creating a new an Estimate. However, these details should be suggested as default in accordance with what is set for that client specifically.
Prevent Future Issues
- The user chosen to undertake this test should have the role "EstimateSave" added to their profile settings.
- Access the back-office version of Skills Workflow;
- Navigate to the "CRM" tab;
- Click to open a specific client, scroll down until you find the "Rate Card" field;
- Access the estimates module in V2;
- Click on the "Info" tab of an existing estimate and verify that the information shown in "Rate Card" is in accordance with the value that had been set in V1 for that client specifically.
