The Client Service team were not seeing the necessary data on the Timesheet My Clients report because they are not setup as responsible for any client.
Hence, the report Timesheets My Clients was adapted so that those users can see the time data for clients they work with (have access to) on the generated report.
Prevent Future Issues
- Add the role ReportRead to the User or respective profile
- Go to that specific report, and on the tab "Roles" add the role previously added in the user form
- Enter with that user and go to Reports section
- Execute this report
- Verify that the user can see data from the clients he has access to
