When changing the user's information through the profile, the system for some users might have changed the External Id to a blank value.
Prevent Future Issues
To prevent future issues, it was added a validation to each field to ensure that it is the only value that is being changed when updating the profile.
No configuration required
- Edit user's details in User's profile and save
- Verify in the backoffice that the values changed in user's profile were the only one affected
All users who have undergone this change were reset to their correct value.
