When clients are created the field "Timesheet Level" comes empty, meaning users are able to enter time at levels that are not accepted by agencies. The level of maintenance is also very high since it's required to change the "Timesheet Level" for each new client.
The field "Timesheet Approver" is also automatically populated with option "User Responsible" as the approver. In some agencies the project owner or the client manager is the one who approves the hours, therefore it causes a lot of issues with the hours going to the incorrect approver due to the high level of maintenance.
Prevent Future Issues
- Define the "Timesheet Level" and "Timesheet Approver" at the Company Level
- Create a new client in Skills Workflow
- Verify that both fields acquire the option defined at the company level
