Users several times work in other areas than the Projects or jobs. Further, in this case, there are users that work at the client or even the product level and when this occurs they allocate the hours also at this level.
Prevent Future Issues
Go to the user form and:
- Set the role "TimesheetSave".
- Set a specific product on a user.
- Enter WebApp with a user
- Go to timesheets module and press Add button to select a suggestion
- Search for the product
- Verify that the product was correctly added to the timesheet.
